General information cannot tell you what to do in your own matter, because a matter is decided on facts that only come out when someone reads your papers and asks you questions. That relationship begins only when the firm has agreed in writing to represent you in a particular matter and you have agreed to the terms. Until that has happened, nobody at this firm is your lawyer.

For that reason, please do not send confidential details before there is a written agreement. Anything you send through this website is received and stored as ordinary correspondence, and it may not carry the protection that a communication between a lawyer and a client carries. It can also create a conflict that prevents the firm from taking your matter at all. Tell us who you are, how to reach you, and in a line or two what the matter is about. Keep the rest for the consultation.

Legal matters run on deadlines, and many of them are short. A hearing date, a filing deadline, a response period or a date printed on a notice does not pause while you read. If you are holding a document with a date on it, treat that date as real and speak to a lawyer about it, whether that lawyer is this one or another one.

The law moves, and this website does not move with it on the same day. Every page was written at a point in time. Statutes, regulations, agency practice and court decisions all change, and a page that was accurate when it was published can fall behind. Nothing here is a promise that it is current on the day you read it.

Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Where this website describes the work the firm does, or publishes what a client has said about their own matter, none of it predicts what will happen in yours. Every case turns on its own facts.
